Thank you for shopping with VBGK. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations in accordance with U.S. Consumer Protection Laws.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Change of Mind)

All items purchased directly from the VBGK official website are eligible for a 30-day return and exchange period. We want you to be completely satisfied with your cooking experience.

1.1 Eligibility To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

· The return/exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

· The item must be in its original condition.

· The item must be accompanied by all original packaging, tags, tools, and accessories.

1.2 Free Return Shipping VBGK will arrange door-to-door pickup and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Unlike many other brands, VBGK covers all return shipping costs within the 30-day period. For exchanges, we also cover the shipping fee for the replacement item.

2. Return & Exchange Process

2.1 How to Start a Return Please contact our Customer Support team at xinmei.service@vbgk8.com and provide:

· Order number

· Photos of the items

· Reason for return

· Pickup address and phone number

2.2 Pickup & Inspection We will coordinate with a freight carrier to pick up the item from your location. Once the returned item is received at our U.S. warehouse and inspected, we will finalize your refund or exchange.

3. Processing Time

3.1 Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item arrives at our facility. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.

3.2 Exchange Processing Replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.

4. Refunds

· Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

· Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

5. Order Cancellations

5.1 Before Shipment You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been processed for shipping.

5.2 After Shipment Orders already in transit cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to reject the package upon delivery. VBGK will handle the return logistics and provide a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

· Products not purchased directly from www.vbgk8.com.

· Items with severe physical damage.

· Items returned without original protective packaging (unless authorized by support).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In accordance with U.S. warranty standards, VBGK will:

· Provide technical support and replacement parts at no cost.

· Cover all associated shipping and handling costs.

8. Return Address

To ensure your refund is processed, please do not send items to our Hong Kong office. All returns must be sent to our U.S. Distribution Center. Our support team will provide the specific warehouse address during the return authorization process.
