VBGKHOME Warranty Policy & Electrical Disclaimer
1. One-Year Limited Warranty & Spare Parts VBGK stands behind the quality of our professional cooking appliances. We provide a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under standard residential use.
Notice: If any spare parts are damaged or defective under normal use, we will replace them for you free of charge during the active warranty period.
2. Crucial Electrical Requirements by Model To ensure the high-performance heating VBGK is known for, our products require specific electrical environments. Please ensure your home's circuitry matches your model's wattage:
- 2000W - 2400W Models: A dedicated 20A circuit is required.
- 3000W - 4000W+ Models: A dedicated 30A or 40A circuit breaker is strictly required to handle the maximum power load.
Note: Plugging these high-wattage units into a shared or standard 15A outlet will likely cause your circuit breaker to trip. This is a safety feature of your home's electrical system, not a defect in the product.
3. Specific Warranty Exclusions (Disclaimer) To protect the longevity of your appliance and the safety of your home, this warranty does not cover issues arising from improper electrical setup. The warranty will be considered void under the following circumstances:
- Insufficient Power Supply: Frequent tripping of circuit breakers or blown fuses caused by using the cooktop on a standard 15A/20A household circuit without the required dedicated amperage.
- Improper Connections: Damage caused by the use of extension cords, multi-plug adapters, or power strips, which are not rated for the high-current draw of these appliances.
- Installation Faults: Electrical damage resulting from inadequate residential wiring or failure to follow the installation guidelines provided in the user manual.
4. How to Submit a Claim If you encounter a genuine manufacturing defect or need a replacement part, please contact our support team at support@vbgkhome.com with the following:

- A photo or video showing the exact damage, error code, or malfunction.
Our team will assist in diagnosing whether the issue is a product defect, a replaceable part, or an electrical environment mismatch.
