Product Overview
The VBGK 12-inch Electric Ceramic Cooktop is a dual-zone infrared ceramic cooktop rated at 2100W total output (1200W + 900W). It operates on a standard 110V–120V AC household outlet and supports both drop-in built-in installation and freestanding countertop placement. Control input is via digital sensor touch panel. 

Dual Heating Zones & Temperature Control
This 2 burner electric ceramic cooktop features two independently operated heating zones. The primary zone is rated at 1200W; the secondary zone at 900W. Each zone provides 9 selectable power levels. Combined, the unit offers 20 temperature settings ranging from low-heat to a maximum of 1200°F (649°C), covering applications including warming, simmering, boiling, and high-heat searing. Zone output can be adjusted independently during simultaneous operation.

Cookware Compatibility
This infrared ceramic cooktop does not use electromagnetic induction. It is compatible with all flat-bottomed cookware regardless of material, including aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic, glass, copper, and cast iron. Magnetic conductivity of the cookware base is not a requirement for operation on this ceramic stove top.

Power Supply & Installation
This built-in ceramic cooktop is configured for standard North American 110V–120V AC supply. No dedicated circuit, 240V wiring, or professional electrical installation is required. The unit supports two installation configurations: drop-in countertop cutout installation for flush cabinet integration, or freestanding tabletop use as a portable ceramic cooktop. No permanent mounting hardware is required for countertop use.

Safety Functions
This dual burner ceramic cooktop includes the following safety features: a child safety lock that deactivates the touch panel when enabled; a 1–120 minute countdown timer with automatic shut-off upon completion; an overheat protection circuit that triggers automatic shut-off when internal temperature thresholds are exceeded; and a cookware-removal auto shut-off function. All safety functions operate independently.

Surface Material & Maintenance
The cooking surface of this electric ceramic stove top is constructed from black crystal ceramic glass rated for scratch resistance and high-temperature exposure. The surface is non-porous. Once cooled to ambient temperature, residue can be removed with a damp cloth or non-abrasive ceramic cooktop cleaner. Standard household cleaning tools are sufficient for routine maintenance.
