A. United States Shipping
Where We Ship We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Cost All U.S. orders ship free via Standard Shipping — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Standard Shipping usually arrives within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the included link to check real-time updates and estimated delivery.
Our Carriers We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe, timely delivery.
Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VBGK HOME is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Please Note
- The U.S. store does not support international shipping outside of Canada. For other international destinations, please see Section C below.
- Some larger items may require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
B. Canada Shipping
We're happy to offer free shipping to Canada on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Delivery to Canada generally takes 7–15 business days, depending on your province and customs clearance times.
Customs & Duties Please note that international shipments to Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1–3 days after shipment for tracking information to become active.
C. International Shipping
We're proud to serve customers around the world. International orders ship from our global warehouses to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Shipping Cost International shipping fees are calculated based on your destination country, order weight, and shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no hidden fees.
Please note that shipping rates may vary by country and region.
Excluded Regions We are currently unable to ship to the following regions: South Sudan, Palestine, Yemen, Afghanistan, Syria, and Iraq.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local government. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
