It works as intended.I have a big gas cooktop, but it's such a hassle to clean up after cooking. Also I keep forgetting to turn off the gas, so the timer on this one helps. Easy to clean. I used to have an induction cooktop. Even though I loved it, I couldn't use all kinds of my cooking pots and pans. I used metal plates to use for stainless pots to induce the heat, but I can't say I loved them. On this one, I can use all my cooking pots and pans, so I am happy with this purchase in general. The fan makes some noise, but not too loud. I use this cooktop by my gas stove to be close to my exhaust hood, so it doesn't bother me much. I will recommend it.

This product is a lifesaver. My stove went out and this has stood well in its place for the time. I love the level up from a traditional "hot plate ". The temperature variations and wide surface for different sized pots/pans and the designation for different types of foods soups, hot pots, etc. Finally the timer is a great addition

I bought this hot plate for an efficiency and it works very well. It is practical for one person or even up to three people living together. It heats up fast, helps save electricity, and is easy to carry anywhere. Very useful and convenient for small spaces.

Was pleasantly surprised with how well it works. I was able to fry chicken and cook burgers with no problems at all. It warms up fairly quickly but has a nice dial that controls the heat while cooking. I usually start out with it all the way up and turn down as needed while cooking. Would recommend it's a great product especially for the price.

Wow, just wow! This thing heats up a large iron heavy skillet to 500�� in about 3 1/2 minutes. It is amazing, Cook's restaurant quality steaks and I'm gonna buy another one. These are great for having extra burners when you need them, I also use them outside. I would definitely recommend this product it has been fantastic!
