Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. However, the return will not be accepted if the products have no defect.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at support@vbgkhome.com with your order number.
  2. Once your return is approved, ship the item to the return address below — or to an alternative address if one is provided in our approval email.

In certain cases — such as warranty repairs or items requiring specialized inspection — we may direct you to a different return facility. If so, the specific address will be provided in our return approval email. If no alternative address is given, please use the default address above.

For orders shipped from our international warehouse, please contact us at support@vbgkhome.com and we will confirm the nearest return location for your region.

Please include your order number inside the package. Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vbgkhome.com. We will send a replacement, replacement parts, or issue a full refund — and cover all return shipping costs.

If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the original item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Most orders ship within 24–48 hours, so please contact us as soon as possible. A restocking fee may apply for orders already in processing.
