VBGK 24 Inch Electric Cooktop — 4000W Two-Burner Electric Ceramic Cooktop
VBGK 24 inch electric cooktop is a 4000W two-burner electric ceramic cooktop designed for both drop-in built-in installation and freestanding countertop placement. It operates on a standard 110V–120V AC household outlet with no dedicated circuit required. The unit comprises two independently operated 2000W heating zones with symmetrical output. Control input is via dual independent rotary knobs — one per heating zone. This two-burner electric ceramic cooktop includes integrated side handles for unit relocation and supports flush cabinet integration for built-in use.
Dual Heating Zones & Power Output
This 4000W two-burner electric ceramic cooktop features two independently operated heating zones, each rated at 2000W, with a combined output of 4000W — the highest output in the VBGK countertop electric cooktop lineup. Each zone provides 9 selectable power levels (P1–P9) covering a temperature range of 176°F to 518°F (80°C–270°C). Both zones can operate simultaneously at different power levels. The operating range covers low-heat applications including warming and simmering, as well as high-heat applications including boiling and stir-frying.
Dual Rotary Knob Control Interface
This 24 inch electric ceramic cooktop uses two independent rotary dial knobs for zone-level power and temperature control. Each knob operates one heating zone exclusively, providing direct mechanical input without requiring a powered touch interface. Knob control provides tactile feedback during adjustment and remains fully operable regardless of surface moisture conditions. This control configuration is an alternative to touch panel interfaces used in other models in the VBGK electric cooktop range.
Portability & Installation Configuration
This two-burner electric ceramic cooktop supports two installation types: drop-in countertop cutout installation for flush cabinet integration, and freestanding tabletop placement using the integrated side handles. Side handles are fixed to the unit body and require no assembly. Outer frame dimensions: 22.24" × 13.98" × 3.15"; nominal frame width: 24 inches. Connection requires a standard 110V–120V AC outlet only. No dedicated circuit or professional electrical installation is required. This 24 inch electric cooktop is suitable for residential kitchens, recreational vehicles, and supplemental cooking setups.
Cookware Compatibility
This infrared electric ceramic cooktop does not operate via electromagnetic induction. It is compatible with all flat-bottomed cookware regardless of material composition, including stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, ceramic, and borosilicate glass. Magnetic conductivity of the cookware base is not required for operation. This non-induction two-burner electric ceramic cooktop does not generate high-frequency electromagnetic fields during operation.
Safety Functions
This 4000W electric ceramic cooktop includes the following safety mechanisms:
Child Safety Lock — disables knob inputs when activated
Overheat Protection — triggers automatic shut-off when internal temperature thresholds are exceeded
3-Hour Countdown Timer (180 Minutes) — triggers automatic shut-off upon completion
"HOT" Residual Heat Indicator — displays "HOT" text when the ceramic glass surface remains above safe-touch threshold post-shutdown
Integrated Cooling Fans — provide active heat dissipation for internal components during and after operation on both heating zones
Surface Material & Maintenance
The cooking surface of this 24 inch electric ceramic cooktop is constructed from black crystal ceramic glass rated for scratch resistance, wear resistance, and sustained high-temperature exposure. The surface is smooth and non-porous. Once cooled to ambient temperature, residue can be removed with a damp cloth or non-abrasive ceramic cooktop cleaner. The rotary knob assembly can be cleaned with a damp cloth; no disassembly is required for routine maintenance.
