Original order was received timely but the cooktop was cracked. I notified the seller and they responded immediately. They offered free return shipping for the defective unit and immediately sent another cooktop replacement. I did not have to wait for the defective unit to be received back to the seller. The second one arrived earlier than stated and was in perfect condition. I am very impressed with the seller's quick resolution of the problem. I like the cooktop and all the features it provides. I have been using a single burner conduction cooktop for some time. It is convenient to now have 2 burners for use at the same time.

I couldn't be happier with this 2-burner induction cooktop. The 4000W power provides plenty of heat for everything from boiling water quickly to simmering delicate sauces. Both burners perform exceptionally well and respond almost instantly when adjusting the temperature.The brushed panel gives the unit a sleek, modern appearance, and the combination of knob controls and LED touch controls makes it incredibly user-friendly. I especially appreciate the 9 power levels, which allow for precise cooking control whether I'm frying, sautéing, or slow cooking.Safety features like the child lock and timer are a huge bonus, especially for households with kids. Cleanup is also a breeze since the smooth surface wipes clean in seconds. This cooktop has been a great addition to my kitchen and works perfectly as a primary cooking surface, in an apartment, RV'ing, or as extra cooking space during holidays. We love fried food but we do not like to fry indoors. So I use this induction stove on my patio table. I live in Arizona and it’s hot. However I can stay in air conditioned comfort and watch my thermometer and food thru my sliding glass door. For us it’s an ideal set up. I use a cast iron Dutch oven to fry and the cast iron has not scratched the glass surface as I am careful not to slide it on the surface. This stove heats up oil quickly. The instruction manual is very thorough. I’m impressed by the ability to control the temperature by means of the dials.

Wow, I like this. I never knew nothing about this induction cooktop business. I thought you had to have slecial induction pots and pans but you dont. All you need is a magnetic surface. Its amazing. Super functional, lots of safety features. I love that its portable or you can set it inyour countertop. It heats up quick and cooks evenly. Its easy to clean and has all the normal settings. Its great for the price. I love it for cooking out side by the pool or its perfect for the camping at the lake. It works great~!
